This store is not running its magic events correctly. I had a T.O very INCORRECTLY and very rudely try to tell me that prize splits must be approved by the store in a Friday night RECORD based uncompetitive tournament. Come on jester’s! this is ludicrous! you cannot make up your own rules. Magic already has a full set of rules. The only time this call would have been correct-ish would have been when if prizes were determined by standing as this would have affected tie breakers ect. I feel that I am owed an apology because of this rude and incorrect behavior. What a horrible way to act on a holiday draft that is supposed to be fun

I really want to like this place, I have been here about 4 times for paint supplies in the last week. They have a great selection of TCG,board games, WH40k, and much more. It’s the staff unfortunately that brings this review down. Who knows how much I spent here in a week, when I asked them to price match one thing because I have been OVERPAYING ON EVERYTHING TO HELP A LOCAL SHOP. I get talked to like I’m a moron. I will take this very expensive hobby online.
So I figured since I was trolled it’s only fair to do it back. I have been to this place a couple of times since it’s one of the few card stores kind of close to me. I had noticed they had Labubu’s on the counter and anyone who knows what these things are knows they are very popular right now. I had left regretting not purchasing because of the price listed on them and worried they’d be fakes so I called the store soon after leaving to get more information and then decided to come back to purchase them. About 30 minutes later after the phone call I had got there only to be told they were sold. Not to any actually customers but the employees went ahead and purchased all they had. They really thought this was hilarious and then were trying to then sell me them when they had already opened the packaging for the same price. I do understand that stores run on a first come first serve basis but they knew I was coming up there to get them, on top of they weren’t even sold to an actual customer. They were all snickering in a corner trying to avoid me. Due to the staffs lack of professionalism and of course, it pissed me off, I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. I will say it’s a very nice and clean store. The items are about $5-$10 bucks more than other stores and that’s about all I have to say. Oh also here are the culprits!
