Being able to grab trading cards late at night is a game-changer! I stumbled across this vending machine at Penn Square Mall and couldn’t be more impressed. It’s always stocked with Pokémon cards(English and Japanese), sports cards, and other sets, and it’s available anytime the mall or theater is open—even at 1 AM which I love. The prices are better than most local shops which is a huge plus. There’s a great variety, too—everything from popular packs to harder-to-find sets. I was also impressed by how the machine handles the cards. It gently drops them into a cushioned tray, so they stay in perfect condition. Overall, it’s super convenient, reasonably priced, and perfect for collectors like me. Definitely worth checking out!
I went today to buy some Pokemon cards. I bought the lucario mega evolutions etb, which was a little overpriced in my opinion, but I still bought it anyways. When I opened the box, everything seemed okay at first. But as I got done opening the cards, I saw that one card looked different than the others and had a yellow border. The copyright on the card was 2020 and was from darkness ablaze. This led me to believe that the packs were resealed and I am very disappointed. I will NOT be returning to this and do NOT recommend that anyone else purchase from here. I am VERY dissatisfied with the product.
We purchased 1 pack of pokemon cards the Prismatic Evolutions and two 2 packs of MTG Foundations play booster packs. Everything was reasonably priced, and very convenient to receive. We were satisfied with our pokemon cards. However, the Magic cards were disappointing. They seem fake. Once we ripped the first pack we could tell there was something wrong with the quality. The foils are thin, the prints appear blurry as if they were copied, and we did a light test resulting in zero light coming through the cards. We also compared them to other cards we own and noticed significant differences. I feel scammed, but that is the risk of buying anything. You don't until you know. Otherwise, the vending machine is a great addition to the mall.
