Was in town today with my fiance who wanted to start collecting pokemon cards. Staff was helpful and we ultimately grabbed a couple japanese boxes. A 151 and a Terstal Festival. The 151 was very nostalgic for me, I once upon a time as a kid collected base. We got a nice hit in out Terstal. For sure will be back next time we are in town. Update: it got a 10!
All I can say is wow! David truly made our day! My son is obsessed with with Pokemon cards and David took a ton of time with my son. It truly made our day!! I highly recommend checking out this store! The Pokemon collection is amazing and the staff are outstanding! It is clean and has great deck builders!!
I stopped in after noticing a card I was interested in and asked if they accepted trades. The gentleman I first spoke with seemed open, so I went home, grabbed one of my near-mint, highly sought-after cards, and returned to make the trade. When I got back, the owner dismissed it outright in a very petty and unprofessional manner, without even giving my card a fair look. The whole experience felt discourteous and unwelcoming. Needless to say, I won’t be returning or doing business here again.
