Actual Scam Machines. I played the same machine multiple times and each time the claw opened and dropped the toy before carrying it over to the prize drop. I've never seen a claw machine do that and it happened 3 times (2 of them I caught on camera) And then theres no one working there who would come out and help, I even tried knocking on the employee door several times.
The staff is very welcoming, was given an extremely warm greeting by an employee named Kelvin! A lot of selection for claw machines w a variety of different plushies, toys, squishies, etc. Will definitely come back!
The store is immaculately clean, well organized, and staffed. My mom even made a friend here. Really cute keychains, wish us luck.
