No customer service, knock off merch, seems there is no return policy on figurines, bought Xmas gift on 23rd and tried to return on 27th due to broken pieces and was told to kick rocks and had to be returned same day we bought it( how does one do that with an Xmas gift)
The negative don't do this place justice. Most people don't understand business. The staff was very friendly . I talked with them and had some good conversations. Bought for my little dude a stuffie from here. I recommend this place if you're into anime items, video games, toys for all ages.
Want bootleg anime merch and stolen art? This is the place for you! 100% of their merchandise is "for sale in China only" aka HUGE red flag for bootleg. Some of the items are so bad it's hilarious.
