While myself and some family are visiting from Florida we were recommended to go here for their selection - which was good. However, while attempting to buy ~$700 worth of Gundam TCG and showing lower prices available online, the manager said he "didn't want to" lower the prices and even commented "Why would I do that for a sale?" If we had wanted a deal on Pokemon I would understand but they also said they weren't even getting more of the new Gundam TCG - so why not sell off the inventory you currently have? Very disappointed

I wanted to purchase some comics. And the store wouldn’t honor the sticker pricing. Checking pricing at the register is the crappiest way to do business. If the price isn’t honored why would I ever shop at your store. I had about 500$ worth of comics ready to drop cash on. Edit*. According to New York State commerce laws denying sales and/or changing the price at the register is a violation of fair and open pricing laws. The business is then subject to 500$ fine per violation. That would leave them open to 1500$ in fines for the three items they declined to sell to me. I think I’ll be contacting the nys attorney general about this. I’d suggest your employees learn the rules. And honor the sticker pricing on their items. Unless they bought them themselves to flip for more. Ask them about invincible 144 with the sticker prices of 50$. I also see a lot of 1 star reviews about sketchy business practices. I’d suggest you shape up.
