The best local store around. They always are accommodating and offer the fair deals. Sometimes I sell to them, sometimes I buy from them, but I always feel like I was treated fairly with the utmost respect. They always offer the best deal possible. If you show them online where you can buy something for X price, they beat it on the spot no questions asked. They ALWAYS give the best deal and that is why I will ALWAYS shop here for all my TCG needs. The owner, Brandon Smith, cares deeply about all his customers and provides an experience that makes you want to return time and time again. I am grateful they opened up, and ill be a frequent shopper for as long as they are here. As I have been since they opened their doors a few years ago!
The owner was very responsive on Discord about what they had in stock. He's really a great guy and is SUPER fair with his prices, ensuring he sells at what the current market is, not ever charging more than is correct. We drove from Des Moines to Mason City just to shop here. It's the only Hololive store in Iowa! Definitely check this place out. Support them. They're awesome!
We are from out of state and decided to stop by here to check it out as a quick detour while leaving MN. Store was clean, extremely friendly & helpful staff, and it was family friendly! Restrooms were immaculate, and even had a changing table for our toddler!! We bought Pokémon, Magic, and even some pop figures and play mats. Will make sure to stop again when we're back up north!
