I’ve been a pretty frequent customer here for about a year now, and after my last few interactions with the older guy who owns the store i will not ever be returning to this business to ever to buy, sell or trade any pokemon cards with them. The older guy does not know how to comp cards, or he just acts that way when he is pricing your cards to try and get a better deal, but if you check the pricing of their graded cards and or their sealed product, they magically know how to comp to the current market. I just wanted to share my experinces, so i can hopefully keep other people from having the same experience as i did. If you wanna buy sealed product, or graded cards at 110% market value and sell/trade to them at about 40/50% then this is the shop for you

Awesome candy store with a wide selection. You can tell the owners are just trying to bring joy to children. What a nice shop.
I went to the shop to look for storage solutions for my recently unearthed hockey card collection. They do have plenty of supplies for proper storage although not the plastic containers I was hoping for. The store is very small and tight as others have noted. Only two or three customers max could be in the space without it becoming too difficult to move around. There were three of us when I visited so we sort of rotated around the displays. The store clerk was very nice and answered my questions. I am giving three stars because I was hoping for an experience more similar to what I had in my youth, about 30 years ago, when I could go to the card shop as a kid with little money and buy singles or a pack or two of cards out of the numerous open boxes on display. This store is definitely geared toward purchasing whole boxes of cards ($$$) vs encouraging youngsters with just a few dollars to be able to collect cards a pack at a time. I had hoped to buy a few packs of baseball cards for my niece and nephews but I was not in the market to spend on an entire box. I did purchase some storage supplies but will look for another store to allow me to make simple purchases of a few packs of cards.
