Do not buy from her. I've been buying gloves for years from here. I purchased 6 pairs in August, the charged my card, no gloves. Phone # doesn't work. Ugh
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I THINK THEY MAY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. WEBSITE DOWN. PHONE NUMBER NO LONGER ACTIVE. EMAIL TO PREVIOUS ADDRESS NOW FAILED. They charge your account when the order is placed and don't process the refund when they can't fulfill the order! I ordered a SanSoleil shirt from here on August 6 (7 WEEKS AGO). My credit card was charged $78 on August 8. I am pretty patient, but I called on August 27th to get a status update. They told me I would get an email with the status. It said "Unfortunately, the manufacturer has just notified us that the San Soleil seedling shirt, size large is no longer available. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We will cancel your order and release your funds." It has been nearly a month since receiving that email and I still have NOT been given a refund. Also of interest, is that exact shirt in my size has been continuously available directly on the SanSoleil website (at full price). I would like to get a refund OR the shirt!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I purchased some pants online and the Price did not state that it was in USD. Im in Australia. I asked for a refund which they said I would receive in 7 to 10 days It has been over one month and they are completely ignoring my emails and not refunding my money I did not receive the good These people of thieves and do not refund!!
