It would be one thing if they just had overpriced products but my experience tonight was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Brian was the most unhelpful and rude employee I’ve come across at this shop. I was going to buy some stuff but decided to leave instead. Just a quick note for the owner, if you’re gonna try to price gouge people at least make sure you’re delivering some good customer service. There’s a reason most people in Cheney drive into Spokane.
Frequently rotating brands paired with daily deals! Staff does a good job of accommodating requests and providing product comparisons. Jason and Abby in particular have been incredibly helpful and patient in the past.
The best part of this location is it's staff. They're all very kind. Jason recently went above and beyond giving us a great experience! Thanks, Jason. :)
