Needed 2 quick birthday gifts for my son’s friends. Luke said he would meet me at 2:45. I arrived at the store at 2:30 and waited 20min. I called his phone at 2:45 and he didn’t answer. He texted 5 min. later, claiming he opened the store and waited 15 min. (I was in the parking lot the entire time and checked the door at 2:45) Wasted an hour of my day for nothing.

The owner seems like he cares but in reality he doesn’t, one of the workers is very nice and always prices things really well. Understanding the market is inflated right now and everyone is paying ridiculous prices but the owner seems to get the cards for already resell prices and thinks he can get $100 more than what the resell value is. It’s a beautiful shop, the owner just seems greedy. They want to make you feel apart of something but I can’t help but feel like the owner just wants to get money out of you. Not for the hobby. For himself. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful shop located in Glastonbury but I will not be going back after being ripped off completely. After checking eBay prices I was told something was way more than what it was going for and I bought it.
