Amazing magic shop and always exceptional service. James Kellogg, Junior and Senior. Are always there to help, and they have and can get literally anything you need for all your performances! I love going there as it reminds me of the good old days before the Internet, where one had to go to those secret shops to find all the latest greatest that Magic has to offer.
Stopped in about a month ago to find a Covert Reel. They were out of them but Paul saved the day and had one sent down to the shop waiting for me! He even took down my number and called me as soon as it arrived to let me know that he had it back in stock. As soon as I had time to get to the shop and pick it up I was very impressed with Paul's customer service and knowledge in the magic industry. He was friendly and happy to listen to my crazy stories about performing and made me feel comfortable during my purchase. As a magician from a small town in northern California it was really nice that he took the time to chat with me about a few tricks that I had created and what it would take to promote them to the world! Paul was extremely professional and looked like he loved his job. I don't know what he makes per hour and if he hasn't already received a raise for his customer service I would gladly write up a summary of my visit and presented to whoever owns the business to ask to give him a raise. I wish that I had a magic shop in the town that I live in up in Northern California just like this one. I will be coming back every time I get a chance even if not to make a purchase just to talk with the staff! If I could give more than five stars review I totally would. Thank you Paul for my great time during my visit to the shop! I highly recommend that people come in and get a live performance if not young magicians wanting to learn or people just looking for something to be the center of attention. They will have what you need here! Because of you all of my future purchases will be done through this magic shop for anything and everything that I need to continue my career as a magician.
