I called to order a collector's item as a last minute birthday gift. They were caring and interested in what I was doing. He was able to walk me through what he'd do to ship the gift and sent me an invoice to pay online. For never having seen me or interacting before, they treated me like an old friend. This is what customer service and interest in the collecting hobby is all about. Great experience!
This was the cleanest and most pleasant comic book shop I've walked into this year. Most often times, comic shops stink and have poor ventilation, and frankly are dusty and repulsive. I was relieved and enthused to have a clean and well temperatured experience. The staff were kind, courteous, and knowledgable about my requests/questions. And the location of this shop was sublime. There's a gorgeous comic mural on the side of the building, right out front of a parking lot perfectly convenient for customers. And did I mention they have an incredible selection of pokemon cards and packs? They have an amazing diversity of modern packs as well as decent selection of vintage pokemon cards too! Overall great store. I will be sending all my comic and pokemon tcg friends here. Thank you.
Incredibly beautiful and well organized store. Staff is friendly. Lots of variety in collectibles, toys, comics, and more. I would say that this place is a bit on the pricier side.
