Quick and painless! Dropped off a couple iPhone 11’s to get the batteries replaced. I opted for the Apple batteries (which weren’t in stock), so it took 24hrs to replace. If I went with the generic batteries, he could have done it same day. The fella that owns the shop is nice, prices are reasonable, and the shop is clean. I think this is the closest iPhone repair shop to Chincoteague? It’s now my “go to” phone repair shop.
I want to thank him for the excellent service. He quickly repaired my wife’s phone and had a replacement camera part in stock. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were much appreciated. I also admire his entrepreneurial spirit as he starts his own business. Outstanding customer service overall.
This store is lit the guy who owns it is really nice and he gives out great deals for new customers. Bought a E-bike from him and best thing i ever bought
