I have done business with Verizon for about 22yrs. now and would not use any other Cell phone company. The people are very friendly and have helped me with anything that I have a problem with. Very happy with them.
Had to have my phone programed, and was expertly completed by Travis! This was my third visit to this Verizon store, for information, and assistance. Customer service in this store has always been excellent. There are times they are very busy, however you are greeted by a real person, and recognized as a Customer, with a friendly greeting and someone will be with you in a few minutes. It's located on Hwy 59 by the Game store. I do recommend, if you are looking to upgrade your phone, or good service, ask for Travis; he will do his best to answer questions, or find a phone, and cell service plan to fit your needs!
I don't like giving five stars to everyone but my son was with me and I had a little old phone. He purchased me a brighter, bigger one and put me on his plan. The girl there stayed as the security guard was there. All working overtime. That's service, yep didn't say " come back. We are closing". All stayed and I got a beautiful new 📱 phone all set up.!!
