Actual garbage company. Paid for an order which included shipping. When they finally got around to shipping it they refused to pay for postage. When I contacted them about it, I was met with a miserable man who basically told me he won't do the bare minimum unless I make it worth it for him. Don't sell bulk if that is the case.
Showed up for a scheduled tournament and they weren't even open even though it's a Saturday afternoon and their store hours say 12-9. If you're not even gonna bother to open your shop when scheduled, update your store hours and especially dont post that you're running a tournament you dont plan on running
I ordered with these guys on 1/4/21. I received it 2/1/21. When I reached out to them, I was met with condescension (I really do know what a business day is thanks for explaining...) and sarcasm. I had to send several messages to receive a reply. When I reached out I was told that they sent the package on the 8th (4 days later?) and was then told the package was sent with insufficient postage. Nine business days later, still no package (the 28th) I messaged them and was told they would check on the status, later telling me it was in transit. Guess what date is on the label printed for postage? The 28th and behold I had it way faster than 9 business days. When I left negative feedback, I was met with the same condescension and hostility I've co.e to expect.
