This place is my go to order store. I moved to Singapore from US and love how on the ball they are with shipping. I order less than 2 weeks it's at my door. We usually dont get D&D books here till 3 mos after release and I hate to wait. Thanks to them I dont need to.

Back in August of 2024 I preordered the alt covers of all the new dnd 5.5 alt cover books with miniature market. Players Handbook, Monster Manual and the DM’s guide. Got the notification late last week that it would finally be arriving to my doorstep! Receipt said everything was packed and in order. Now as a collector of alt cover books it was a big deal to preorder them rather than try to purchase the books in the aftermarket. (Now these books are going for between $125-$175 online) Fast forward to yesterday. Box arrives. Missing 2 out of 3 books. I reach out with the receipt (stating it was supposed to be in the box) I get an apology that apparently the books were damaged. So they just shipped the one book with no communication. Got a half hearted refund and the equivalent of 10.00 in rewards. If I wouldn’t have reached out they would have kept my original charged amount. There was zero heads up or communication of the “alleged” damaged books either. I know this is supposed to be about the game, and not an online stores mishandling. But thought it would be a good idea to warn anyone using miniature market for preorders. Especially if you are a collector. Extremely disappointed.
Great local gaming store. Plenty of tables, good board game and mini stocks. They have plenty of events, but I know this from signs and other friends and family that attend. From the friends and family that frequent here, they love this store. Show up and support them if you can. Great place for gifts
