Customer service is great manager was great talking to... I just don't like the fact that they allow their employees to gamble it's such a disadvantage that they sit and watch us play they go when all of the money we put in the machine and wouldn't allow me to play the machine before them not good we are the customers at least give us a chance to play before you because without us you all have no job . management explained they do have rules like the other places they let their employees play if they want when they clock out so I've decided to take my money elsewhere but again customer service are friendly
Love this place. Very chill and comfortable. The only thing now is that it's hard to get on the machines we want to play because one of the employees gets on them when her shift ends and plays them for a while. So, our trip there is in vain sometimes.
I love this place. I win every time I come in. My first time I won 150 off five dollars. The manager(rose) is angel from heaven. Seats are hella comfortable. This is where I like to spend my free time.
