I called Friday after business hours and Teresa picked up the phone even though they were closed. Not only did she have the thermopilot relay that we required, she also got it on UPS Air for us by dropping it off at another drop off. We will be receiving the unit Monday. My brothers' furnace went down and were were having up to -17 degrees Celsius at night. I cannot describe how appreciative we are for her customer service that was above and beyond today's standard. Being from the service industry myself, I highly recommend Moose Trading for parts. Wishing Teresa a wonderful week!!!!
