I see all these great reviews for mtech cave but unfortunately this was not my experience. I purchased a Magic Sorter from them and a couple months after I received it the machine stopped working. I emailed Mikah (the owner) and he informed me that he was no longer offering any support for those machines. 4 months after it was delivered. It was a very expensive machine and I was hoping he could at least point me in the right direction to fix it myself. Nothing. I will be avoiding purchasing anything from them in the future and I suggest everyone else do the same since they will not stand by what they sell.

Great repair service. I needed a replacement for my broken iPad screen and Mikah got it done pronto! I appreciate the friendly service and the low price. When our grandchildren come to visit us we'll definitely let them play games there. The cave is an outstanding gaming facility. :D
