My laptop broke the day before my classes started and I needed it urgently to do my school work I called them on a Sunday evening and Jay got me connected with one of his builders Erick so I took it too him and by the end of the night he had it fixed and it was ready to be picked up by the next day just in time for my to do my school work. Erick and Jay were both very friendly and Erick took time out of his free time to help me. He even followed up a few couple days later to make sure everything was still working. I’m very grateful for their service and would 100% go back. Overall they were very helpful and seem like really good guys.
My experience and why you should give Jay a call at Nerdy Ape Gaming. The only thing my son and I knew about gaming PC was we wanted one. Lucky for me I had two of my friends already work with Jay ant Nerdy Ape and seen first hand how genuine he is. I was still unsure if I wanted to work with them for two reasons, one there’s a lot of other bigger companies out there with house hold names like Alienware or Corsair, and second if I get a prebuilt PC I could get it in a couple days. I started doing research of what I wanted and came close to buying a prebuilt PC but I decided let me call Jay and just discuss it with him. He didn’t try to quickly sell me one of his PCs or bash other companies. He simply wanted to know what I wanted out of the PC so he could point me in the right direction of what kind of build I would need. That phone call and getting to know the person I’m buying from was what actually sold me on going with them. PC arrival day. Got the PC unpacked and called Jay to walk me through the set up process and remote logged in make sure everything was updated and walked me through different things I needed to know about apps and updates. After finishing that day I needed help with something and it was around 10:30pm I sent a message if he could call me when he got time. I was thinking it would be the next day but he called minuets later and walked me through it. Without you knowing someone personally that has worked with jay and nerdy ape gaming take my review as some reinsurance. You are getting the best customer service out anyone has to offer and I will be a returning customer.
If anyone is needing a custom PC built around their budget I highly recommend Nerdy ape gaming. I went into this with no knowledge whatsoever and Jay helped me pick the right parts for the best performance for my budget and we came out with an absolute monster of a Rig. The customer service was exceptional and his prices are better than anyone else around. I would give 10 stars if I could. He was in contact with me through the entire process from day 1 all the way until the day the pc got here.
