I have been going to New Concept for years and Chris is a great ambassador for the hobby. The store is a low pressure environment centered around treating people fair and honestly. His prices on wax and singles are more than fair and often better to those that call themselves a competitor. I’ve been going into New Concept for about three years now. It all started when my kids began collecting Pokémon cards, which eventually led to sports cards—and now they’re totally hooked! Watching their excitement brought me right back to how I was as a kid. This store literally has everything collectible you could want. Chris and his team are always rotating the inventory, so every visit feels like a treasure hunt. You never know what gem you’re going to find next. What really sets New Concept apart is how welcoming Chris is, especially toward the kids. He prices his cards and boxes very fairly and is always willing to make deals or throw in a bonus card or two, which just adds to the magic for the little ones. Now, anytime the boys have money, the first thing they want to do is head to the card store! 😂 Over the years, we’ve become good friends with Chris, and now we even attend rip nights and box openings—it’s become a real tradition. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. My kids love it, I love it, and it’s turned into a great way for us to spend quality time together. Thanks, Chris, for creating such an inviting and fun atmosphere. It means more than you know!
