The staff there never greet us and completely ignore us unless we address them directly. I don’t expect them to say hi everytime but at least smile or nod in acknowledgment - something. Anytime we ask a question we get a short and unsatisfactory answer such as “yup” or “nope” not only that but the Pokemon cards are overpriced. 50 cents a piece and most are not even worth 5 cents! The selection is rarely updated and honestly I got fed up with their careless attitude and that they seem bothered by customers being present and trying to ask questions. Another thing, they constantly close shop during hours they’re supposed to be open and the only notice is a piece of paper you will see If you come there. They do not update the shop hours daily as they claim. I found a different game store to shop at and am so happy I did because the staff there is way better and the selection/prices are great.
Really wonderful place, great selection, friendly owners. Not a lot of places around like this anymore.
As a long-time enthusiast of retro gaming, I was excited to visit this store based on its unique inventory and nostalgic appeal. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by extremely poor customer service that left a lasting negative impression. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unapproachable. I asked a few questions about specific consoles and game conditions, but was met with curt responses and, at times, outright indifference. It felt more like I was inconveniencing them than being welcomed as a customer. What could have been a great opportunity to connect with fellow collectors turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable visit. It's disappointing to see a store with such potential squander it due to a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Until customer service is treated as a priority, I cannot recommend this store to others in the gaming community.
