Employees are clueless about any and all questions I asked. The prerelease for an upcoming mtg set (spiderman) is releasing in less than a week and the Magic The Gathering Companion app advertises them as the most reasonably priced TCG to participate in. Employees were completely clueless about this event, despite being advertised. The Employees were unsure if they'd even be participating in this prerelease. It seems that it would be smarter to participate in the prerelease at a TCG that is charging more, but is atleast aware of the event. Went to the store 9/14/25 at 1pm. Left with less info than I went in with.
