Love the prices but....the experience there could be bad or good for who is working that day. I've met only 2 of the workers (so far), the woman was very helpful and made it feel very welcoming to come to the store, while the male completely ignored me, was rude and seemed like all he cared for was to play games instead of working the counter. I still will continue to shop for the great prices
Don’t recommend coming here at all unless you’re a regular customer that goes here. Came in all the employees were sitting playing, was not greeted at all until a regular customer came and the employee said what’s up to the other customer and said hi I guess to you, like no one behind the counter they’re all just sitting there like I said, greeting me for like 10 minutes until a regular customer came in and said oh hi I guess you too so would highly recommend not going here plus they said they sell everything in MSRP which they don’t. Then the employee was super rude as well
Wanted to add: corporate hasn’t given them a phone yet, so the number on here goes to Bandai. I added it, as it’s what is on their receipts. Don’t blame them. Check @opcgshopus on instagram for more info, including shop stock updates on Mondays, and tournament info. Brand new store in Mitsuwa that is an official Bandai One Piece card game seller. Meaning they charge retail for their cards instead of gouging you. They also have a selection of gashapon at the front of the store. Both times we have gone the employees have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Their enthusiasm for the game shows in how they interact with customers! They don’t have a huge selection, as they only sell official one piece card game items, but they do have far far more to choose from than any other card store we’ve been into. (Aside from a Bandai card store in Yokohama) They carry starter decks, single booster packs, booster boxes, card sleeves, hold tournaments, introductions to the games, and preview events.
