Sold some Pokemon Cards here today and I had a great experience. I have been to tons of card shops, hobby shops and a few pawn shops to sell cards and Owl Central might be the best I have found so far. They have a great system and service was good from the gentleman unfortunately didn't get his name. He said they try to offer about 50 percent of the value and maybe more if it's a rare card in good shape. I recommend for selling Pokemon at least .
We were in town for an event and on the way we happened to see this shop. My wife and I walked in and started looking around. We got the generic greeting of "if you need help let us know" which i appreciate, I don't like being bombarded with recommendations right off the bat. I was talking with my wife and one of the workers about the new spiderman mtg set, even though I got out of magic. I just wanted to get a pack for the art. When another employee stepped in and recommended me a product that showcases the art and comes with three packs. Allowing me to touch the set but not commit to collecting. They were super nice and very helpful! We ended up coming back later to kill more time and they told us they had a lounge (which was super cool) we could hang out in. One of the best experiences I've had in a card shop! And it was super clean and well-organized! Definitely will be back when in the area!
Great went for Sunday MTG tables arrived 10 mins before sign up closed and we got the last spot did not realize how busy and full the event would be. Sign up fee is $10 and you get $10 in store credit. Great!, I like supporting small business and would much rather pay $10 and let it build up for a few weeks than buy some dice or a pack of cards i don’t need. great location, great parking, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, great selection and great playing areas 5+ stars!
