Great atmosphere! And the only place in Wichita you can find really specific parts for computers. Went in to find some m.2 screws because I lost mine and nobody in Wichita sells them. Gave them a call they were super transparent and told me to come in. Got some from the guy at the front desk. Absolutely appreciate it!
I love my new pc it works amazing and it looks super good and it even has engraved glass. Pc pros did a really good job on this pc. Also props to Darius for being a super nice and helpful guy and I know for a fact he knows EVERYTHING about pc’s. Also thank you to Darius co worker he is a pretty chill and guy as well. This is the store to get your pc more than likely the best store for pcs. Thank you Darius and his employees for my first pc. I couldn’t have gotten one without yall.
PC Pros is the place to go with any PC repairs, builds, or questions you have. I am from Lawton OK, about an hour away, and after a local PC shop messed up my spouses computer we decided to check out PC Pros abut 2 weeks ago. Darius, the owner, was super nice and helpful. He let us know what the previous guy did wrong and how he would make sure it got fixed. It didn't take him long to fix the issue, about an hour. He even cleaned the entire case and made sure the cables were all tucked away nicely. He made us feel super welcome and overall was just a nice guy. Flash forward to today, and we brought the computer back to have a new motherboard put in. Darius discovered more issues that the other guy did, and while it took him a bit longer than he anticipated to get the new motherboard in, he again was nice and communicated what was happening often. We even spent the last hour in his shop just chatting about random stuff as he worked on the computer. And don't worry about price, the prices are so reasonable that I actually left feeling like we robbed the man. Overall, PC Pros is where you should go for any and all PC needs. Whether you are from Wichita Falls or out of town, make the drive. You will not be disappointed at all.
