Very friendly staff and very helpful, though they often have issues with stock and such lately for Booster boxes and such. Other then that they go really quickly with helping people and being nice to customers...though like I said previously they have an issue with stock when you order through there online store...this happened with the Final Fantasy stuff and now Edge of Eternities as well. They handed me a refund which is why I kept this at 4 stars plus the friendly interactions with the staff.

Quite friendly, plenty of space to game, actually set things up for me and another man within a wheelchair that we were able to game because of willingness to make it possible. I will definitely return and enjoy their hospitality
