Initially started going to Portals to review the comics and card games, and it was immediately apparent the store is staffed and owned by patient and kind people. Nothing is too much trouble and they're always more than happy to help. Inside is spacious with plenty of tabletop room for games, which can be played conveniently throughout the day with no trouble. All in all, fantastic atmosphere, staff, players and store in general. If you're thinking about trying any of the game nights or events, definitely give it a try.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They're incredibly patient when we are having trouble picking out product to purchase behind the counter. They have a network of stores and they offer some really cool conveniences with that. Really the best card shop(s) on the eastern shore.
This store is so nice ! We went to their newest location that opened on Kent Island and were so impressed with the space and staff. It was packed with people but you didn’t feel over crowded, they did a great job of keeping the line moving. There was a ton of table space for gamers and a great variety of items for all ages. My 5 year old loved all the Pokémon and Minecraft stuff they had. The owners were present and so helpful. Can’t say enough about this store the island needed something like this!
