Brian has always been spot on with computer repairs. Honest and accurate. Always extremely helpful and does great work. Highly recommend his expertise.
Go anywhere else. They bait and switch on pricing. They tell you one price on a repair to get you in the door and then say that it's going to be significantly more. The first time they did this was when I brought in a laptop to fix the headphone jack. They quoted $35, then ended up charging over $80. I decided to give them another chance and try them again for a more simple task: installing some new pc parts into a mostly built pc. A very simple task. I'm told it will be $50-$100, and they will check it out the next day. 2 days pass, and I haven't heard from them, I called to check, and now they quote $150 (which was absolutely sure to go up once it was done). It was outrageous for such a simple task. My frustration is compounded by the fact that I wasted about 2 hours of drive time (30min there and back x2)for this chicanery. They have no sense of urgency and deliver extremely poor customer service. It seems like their main focus is playing cards. I will never be back.
