Walked in this morning and one person was working there. They were helping someone however, upon walking in, I was not greeted. I browse the store front to back and was not asked one time if I needed anything by the time I was leaving, another employee came in and I assumed he was clocking in and just like the other employee there, not one hello, may I help you nothing. Just poor customer service and its sad. I came there with the intent to purchase something and walked right back out because of no customer service. However, on my way out they said have a good day and I didn't respond.
Great customer service. I called and requested that two Carolina Panthers Helmets be placed on hold for me and I would pick them up on my drive through. There was no problems at all with the service provided.
