One of the best card shops I’ve been to very friendly and treats you like family.
They definitely think they are smarter than you. Look elsewhere. Bad customer service. Update. Made a phone call to the shop. Whoever answered was not pleasant. This review is purely based on a phone exchange. Lost a lot during the Hurricanes in Florida, so I called many shops across the country to promote an aution. Not interested, no biggie. You dont care about what happened, that's really ok. Just called to give people in the industry i have an auction on whatsnot, considering I very pleasantly communicated "I'm liquidating my sports cards at a really cheap auction rate", I don't understand why you're so mad for an honest review. If you want to be an investigator message me privately and we can squash this. As a business, I would think hearing out someone would supersede personal prerequisites. Apparently not. For that, 2 stars is better than the 1. For you answered the phone, wish you hadn't. Bad business etiquette. Don't shop here. This is a genuine experience. Just dealt with some horrible catastrophe and wa calling shops across the country. You're not special, dude. Sorry to inconvenience your day.
The kids have so much fun here. We’ve never left without having great conversations about how we can be more like the owner, who always makes us feel like we’re the most important people in the world. He’s extremely knowledgeable, always sharing facts about anything the kids are interested in. He’s extremely welcoming, taking tons of time with us like we’re family. He makes things fun, letting the kids play games and giving them chances to win cool prizes. Always has great, unexpected artifacts, makes memorable experiences and keeps the place tidy & clean. Reminds me of that old world feel, when small town shop owners know everyone who comes in by their first names and knows off hand everything they like. Would give 10 stars if possible!
