Spent $80 for the repair and $16 on the port to get replaced, when they replaced the port they messed up my audio on my device and it no longer works properly, Now I have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired don’t recommend phone repairs, I dropped my phone off at 9am Thursday that was a scheduled repair, and the lady didn’t complete it till 5:30pm which is after hours when she comes in at 10am this is absolutely ridiculous please save your money and take your phone repairs elsewhere
I am completely blown away this place still exists. I was ecstatic to go here to spend 5 bucks because I literally haven't been inside a radio shack since I was 12! Besides blast from the past super awsome staff and they had what I needed they even gave me a bag for my scrapbook!
