I have been using Rawk for several years now. They have always produced quality products and provided great customer support. They even designed our logo. I would highly recommend using them!
I would first say that the hats look good. The problem I have is that the patches that they put on them did not stick. The hats were returned and had to be redone. So two extra trips later I finally got my hats. Well only part of them. Still waiting on one hat that had to be ordered. At least they are going to mail the hat so I don't have to make another trip. Also my uncle had the same hats made and is have the same problem. They might be good at shirts and other stuff but I would not recommend having them do your hats.
I was helped by Clarissa and she was very knowledgeable and even had better ideas than my own about how I wanted my shirts printed.
