I've been a regular at this card shop for a few months now, and the customer service here is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you warmly and genuinely wants to help, whether you're a seasoned collector or someone just getting started. What really sets this place apart is their knowledge and patience. The employees take time to explain different products, help you find exactly what you're looking for, and offer honest advice about purchases. I've never felt pressured to buy anything, and they've actually talked me out of purchases that wouldn't have been worth it. That kind of integrity is rare.
First impressions are important and this card shop is full of green flags. It’s centrally located and easy to get to. When I entered the shop, it gave a happy, bright and friendly vibe. I was immediately greeted and the customer service was top notch. The No Pressure helpful and friendly staff is refreshing for me to experience, being 1st time visitors to the shop. We purchased Korean & Chinese Pokemon booster boxes for a fair and comparable price. This will definitely be part of our local card shop rotation.
Used to go to other card shops nearby and wasn’t thrilled with the prices or service. Found Redemption after a quick search and stopped by. Was greeted by both Tony and Christina with a smile. This place has easily become my favorite card shop in town. They have the best prices and good variety of products. As a Pokemon collector, I find everything I need here and they also hold the best Trade Events! I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
