Purchased a firearm through Reeds online, the price was unbeatable by far, had an issue on my end with a new ffl dealer I was using so I contacted Reeds customer service and they reached out to the dealer to get the issue resolved. The customer service here was great. Shipping was still fast. I definitely I from Reeds again.

I contacted their customer service, and they responded immediately. After providing my dealer's contact information, they emailed all the required documents to my FFL within five minutes. Outstanding service—well done!
Reeds is always a fun place to visit. It seems like they always have new items so it never gets boring!! The staff are always so helpful and seem to be quite knowledgeable. The cashier ladies are certainly pleasant to talk to. As you walk through the store is seems to go on forever and they seem to carry darn near anything you could need. The only down side is they always seem to be busy!! I guess that's great for them..
