Halo and Camanda (owner, I apologize if I misspelled names!) were BEYOND HELPFUL. This business is based in Iowa, and were the only ones with the Heroes of Barcadia expansion pack in stock, but the site didn’t ship to the east coast. A quick, friendly call, and we were able to order on their site! Highly recommend for their friendliness, efficiency and dedication to their new, long distance customers!
I haven't played magic in a few years, I walked into the store a little skeptical at first today. Walked around for a few minutes awestruck at the amount games and collectibles and felt a little out of place. The man running the counter was super friendly and helped me to pick out a pre built commander deck and invites me to sleeve my cards and play some games with the patrons. The community at this shop was amazing and I haven't had that much fun playing magic in a long time. Everyone was super friendly and shared their decks, making the evening a blast. I can't wait fory next free weekend to play again. Thank you Remis Arcane Exchange I will gladly return.
This group will LITERALLY go out of there way for you. Not a joke, not a exaggeration. I was having issues online and this team literally did what probably NO other TCG type store/company would do to help solve the issue. Key words: Integrity, Communication and Understanding. Will be shopping with this store for a very long time just due to this interaction
