Stopped in tonight, they apparently were closing on the whim of the owner. He could not have been nastier in telling people, muttering under his breath. Definitely will never go back there, shame because only last week I and others i was with dropped $100.00 Don’t go here. Also the owner replied that I apparently was saying something to him. Completely false. I left after he said they were closing. Also he heavily implied that I was making other accounts to post bad reviews. 100% false. There were other people there he was rude to. He also inferred I was a problem customer. I’d been there no more than 5 times including last night and the week prior. Maybe this person should practice better customer service than lying about people posting an honest review. Stay away from this place.

THS IS NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS! Bought a game here as a Christmas gift and on christmas morning we found out that the game does not match the disk inside. The difference in title is so minor that many would have overlooked but my gamer brother saw it right away when it was gifted to him. Actually the game inside is of much less value than the game cover which we thought we were buying. The store was closed for the next few days and when we finally got into contact with owner he stated we had until 12/28 (which passed) for an exchange and we could not get a refund. There is no accommodation to the fact you sold the wrong game. I do not know if this was intentional or not but not even trying to fix your stores error is unreasonable and insane. A reputable business would have found a way to make this right; a credit or an exchange would have sufficed but no the owner won't budge. No one should shop here.
They have a large selection of games but their displays are awful, you can barely see what is inside of the cases because they have things blocking them and not enough space to display properly and they are locked so you cant even look for yourself,and half of their games are behind the counter and they refuse to let you look at them. And the employees are constantly coughing with no mask on. Overall the store is a mess👎🏼
