Bought an old controller and couldn't get it to power on, took it back and the gentleman behind the counter went and found me a new one that hadnt hit the shelf yet. He proceeded to test it in front of me and clean it for me. Both times I was here the staff was extremely friendly and more than helpful. Genuinely some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time.

Very neat and good store. Only rating as a 4 star because they didn’t have a PlayStation one I was wanting. However, everything is decently priced. Some of the games are a little higher than expected, but I also know that’s because of how some games are collectors items. Great experience here overall though!
