They're selling fake sonny angels and fake labubus:( I ended up there after 2 margaritas and got so excited seeing sonny angels I just threw it in the basket without looking at it. I got home and when I went to open it I noticed it was SO fake it's not even funny. The packaging has no parent company branding, the packaging also shows two totally different products on it(hippers and normals). The foil was all wrong with different products on it and the edges were ridged like fruit snack edges, not like the sealed and perforated real bags. The angel it's was much larger than normal, the colors were way more vivid, the baby was glossy, and the paint job was AWFUL. Also the babies face was NOT connected to its head and that was terrifying to open, the real ones are one piece. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt that they purchased old stock but nope, horrendously fake. Is this not illegal??? This used to be my favorite store and now I can't consciously shop at a place that knowingly sells fakes to their customers. And the fakes were full priced, they weren't any cheaper than the real ones if that makes things worse in your opinion lol. EDIT: I just read through their replies, they knowingly admit to selling "unlicensed" Labubus which is SO ILLEGAL??? That's wild!!!! Admitting to selling counterfeit goods is something you should just know not to do if you're doing it.

Very cool very interesting place. Literally 1 dose of an isle was all different kinds of hot wheels and 1 isle both sides of puzzles! Every kind you could imagine. Games too. Like trouble, operation, etc.

Fake Labubus!!! Advertised in the store (and told to me by an employee) as real. Here is a screenshot of what an actual labubu looks like and a photo of the one I bought here (in the overalls) that’s looking to the side and not head on like the real ones. Also an example of an actual box and the one I got from here. See the background of the doll is solid and doesn’t have the little rays?? But the fake box even has a QR code to the pop mart website! Will never go back here. I should have known better honestly.
