I recently purchased a prototype cymbal. The product picture looked incredible, but when the cymbal came in it looked nothing like the cymbal and was obviously a cymbal that came with a cheap drumset rebranded, painted and hammered. It sounded horrible. I wanted to return it but with the price of shipping after already paying shipping on it and not getting the full return, it didn’t make sense to return it. I could sell it, but I’d feel bad charging for this crap. I also bought the Earthworks 15”, it has this tin quality sound and feel to it. Planning to sell it sooner than later. Don’t be fooled. There’s a reason they sell primarily on Ebay.
Great customer service and great cymbals! Humans actually answer the phone and answer questions!!! Love to see the cymbal making process sometime.
Best cymbals... I have a big set of the nemesis series and I like it so much!!! Jamie is a great guy and we have a great partnership... I admire the way everything is treated and the profissionalism of the company...
