I purchased a copy of Space Hulk 4th Edition and they sent me a copy of 3rd Edition instead. I selected expedited shipping at checkout and I was offered an opportunity to drive 2 hours away to pick it up at an event. When I declined, it was shipped out via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS' slowest shipping service. After no tracking updates for over a week, it miraculously resurfaced. It took a week and a half to receive the wrong item that was initially located just 8 hours away. Not a stellar experience.
