They use Door Dash for deliveries. I ordered food to be delivered at 530pm. When it hadn't arrived by 550pm, I called the store. My order hadn't been picked up by Door Dash. So I drove and picked up myself. (Mind you, that this point my food had been ready for pickup for at least 45 minutes, so when I got it hime it was barely warm.) Manager was very apologetic and of course removed the delivery fee. He was very frustrated with Door Dash. They are trying to get their own drivers to avoid this problem. I would advise ordering by carryout until they get their own drivers.
I've purchased here many times but this was my last time, something busy always left out after I ask them to check my orders that always is $80 or more. They don't label so we can know what is what, everything just throwed in one container for different people.
Sketchy so keep a gun close. At night the wingstop restaurant looks closed and abandoned but it isn't. They just dont turn on any interior or exterior lights. doesnt feel safe
