Called to get better directions to the store, and the owner seemed to be bothered by the call. Once we found the store, the entrance was totally inaccessible by wheelchair. Two small short in depth and tall steps, and the door was way too narrow. Called a second time to ask if there was a different entrance and watched the owner step out, shrug and roll his eyes, and tell us it's grandfathered in by the city. Too bad he doesn't seem to care about all his customers. There was no offer to assist in any way and a completely dissmisive attitude. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Went here to check it out since I didn't know Urbana had a Card shop after living there for 20 years and I really had a great experience guy was really nice gave me a good deal on a box and couple packs plus his prices are really good because I went to the card shop in Springfield and everything seemed over priced so definitely will be going back. Only thing I would have to say would be I wish he had more selection of hobby boxs but for being in a small town I understand.

Barry (the owner) is amazing! There's always a great conversation to be had and many deals to be made. Local card shops are hard to find anymore and he makes the search worthwhile. He always has some of the players I collect and new hobby packs to open. Prices are extremely fair and he will even pay great prices if you're selling things he is looking for. Great guy and great hobby shop!
