Staff was originally very nice, but they sold me a faulty product I was not able to confirm did not function properly until I was able to remove from the box (item had a light up feature functional with usb-c or batteries-2–tried both to no avail). I tried to go back to return the following day, and the owners of steel fox games were unwilling to recompense me in any form (refund, store credit, etc.,). Very terrible experience-the owners are clearly more worried about profit and scamming people than their customers. Highly recommend taking your business to Gamers XP 5 minutes down the road instead—much better store with better staff/owners who will treat your right. To follow up to the owners comments, I was not given any detail on any alternative options before saying we could take the court route. Simply told sorry we can’t do anything about it.. Additionally, The box was previously tampered with, so I have reason to believe the owners were aware they were reselling a faulty product to defraud customers. If any of these owners came from a family of attorneys, they would be aware a summons takes more than 1 business day, so it was not a threat. We will be seeing you all in small claims and teaching you a lesson that $50 is not worth your business’ reputation.
