Drove 2 hours for a buyback redemption, only to find out every item in the store is marked 4x above msrp or more minimum. The guy wouldnt even budge at the idea of working with me on a box priced 4x msrp from this year. Then i caught him in a lie saying he bought from secondary market and thats why the price was high…oh really you buy from secondary market? “Well no, but but”….Brick and morter clown shop 🤡

I had a great experience at Stevens Creek Sports Cards and I can’t recommend it enough for any sports card enthusiast. I also love how organized the shop is—cards are sorted by sport which makes browsing really easy. The shop also carries memorabilia and accessories like top loaders and binders, which was a nice bonus. If you’re looking for high-quality trading cards, whether for collecting or investing, this place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be back soon to add to my collection!
Came here with my 9 year old grandson. Bought box of football cards. Went home to open. Cards are all bent. They won't give you a refund. My grandson is very upset 😡 😢 he spent $80.00 for damaged football cards. NO REFUNDS. I gave my grandson his money back. I'm taking him somewhere else. This is not the right way to treat a 9 year old. 😕 I WILL NEVER TAKE HIM HERE AGAIN. I was told I have to contact the card company to get a refund. Why does the customer have to call the manufacturer? Just give the 9 year old kid his $80.00 back. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT SUCKS.
