Knowingly sold me an open dragon ball history of z box at market price with no hits in it just rares and leaders. Just told sorry basically kick rocks never do business with this company again and I would recommend you not to either.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this card shop was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The staff barely acknowledged me, and when I asked questions about their card games and products, I got short, dismissive answers like I was bothering them. On top of that, the prices were higher than other shops in the area, and when I asked about pricing, the employee acted annoyed instead of explaining. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and it felt like they didn’t care whether customers stayed or left. For a place that should be fun and community-driven, the lack of friendliness and professionalism was shocking. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other shops that actually value their customers—sadly, this isn’t one of them.
They had open box of history of z that they promised was freshly open sealed. Not one alt art. Not one hit in general. Full of leader packs and rares. They 100% knowingly sold this box knowing there was nothing in here. Bad etiquette. Do not buy opened product from them. They charged full market price . I recorded the entire opening just for this reason as well and they said “sorry” will never spend a dime there again
