Bad business, over priced, and they are scalpers. Very rude and incompetent staff. Had me drive 20 minutes and cancel another deal. Upon arrival they told me I only had 130 Pokemon packs not 136 which I explained was because they didn’t want the 6 journey together packs I had. They offered me $450 when we agreed on $500. I said that’s not the price we agreed on but said I would take the same value per pack on 130 packs then they agreed and then told me they only pay with pay pal something they did not tell me on the phone overall horrible experience I was looking to make new business partners and got arrogance and disappointment from both the employee and manager. The manager was especially incompetent. Yea nice response but no they gave me a firm price over the phone and told me nothing of PayPal after I said that was ridiculous your manager with the sunglasses said we don’t want them be safe to which I responded what does be safe mean granted the way he said it was not genuine and with a weird tone. If you want your business to succeed train your employees better I tried selling 130 surging sparks packs for $500 after being told that the owner didn’t answer but “the manager said it was good” and was then offered $450 like what lmao.
