The staff here are super friendly and helpful every time I go in. They also alert us to drops that might interest us when we’re there. Although they lack a little bit of inventory on some starter deck types (basic/non-themed MtG and Pokémon), they have several booster packs and TONS of individual cards. If you’ve got the time to look and the know-how to build a deck, they’ve got the stuff.
I like this store a lot but I was in there tonight and I couldn’t get any service. It was me and one other customer. I had picked out what I wanted and was ready to check out, would’ve taken 3 minutes tops. However the employee decided to price out a bunch of cards for the other customer, that’s fine they were there first. The problem arises when the customer wants to trade in their own cards to lower the price of what they are getting. That’s fine I’m not upset with the customer. I’m upset because the employee acknowledged that I was ready to check out before he started pricing these new cards. I sat there for 25 minutes. I ended up putting the cards I picked out back and leaving the store as I had a busy night. I don’t know why the employee didn’t stop to think to check me out real quick and then price out the multitude of cards.
This place had the best customer service experience I've had at a card shop. The two guys there were both very friendly and happy to talk about the different games. They even took the time to teach me how to play Magic and set me up to start playing it with my friends. The shop also has a lot of tournaments going on every week for multiple games. I will definitely be coming back anytime I'm looking to get new cards.
