Been a long time customer. Stopped in and bought a c. When I got home it weighed a lot less. Spoke to the owner who said his name was Adam and he said if I didn't like it go somewhere else. This place has gone downhill in the last couple of months.
I and my sister came by for a quick stop and ended up making a day of it, not by choice. Unfortunately, our car broke down. I have to say that the staff were amazing - from taking their time to drive us to the auto parts store to getting out and helping us push the car to try to pop the clutch to trying to give us a jump all the way to offering us great hospitality while we were waiting on a tow truck. We want to give a huge shout out to Scott, Lonnie, Adam and the sweet girl with the jumper cables. We could not be more grateful for the outstanding customer service that we received. You all went above and beyond and we are so very grateful. You have definitely made us repeat customers. Thank you so much.
They were very helpful and got me set up with everything I was looking for. I'm from near Knoxville, TN. So this location was a wonderful place to visit! Will definitely be coming back again!
